2015 and 2016 – 2 and 1 categories in the country-level competition of students' scholarly works in the section «Psychology, pedagogical and correctional psychology».

2016 – graduated cum laude from the faculty of philosophy and social sciences of the BSU with the specialization 'Psychologist. Teacher of psychology'.

2017 – awarded a master's degree in psychology.

Since 2017 – lecturer at the chair of psychology of the faculty of philosophy and social sciences of the BSU.

Since 2017 – postgraduate at the faculty of philosophy and social sciences of the BSU.

Since 2012, an active participant in national and international scientific and practical conferences on psychology.

Scientific and applied interests:

social psychology, psychology of personality, organizational psychology, the phenomenon of perfectionism, personal characteristics, motivation, value orientations, psychological problems of power and subordination.
