Biography:
1974 - graduated from the faculty of biology of the Belarussian State University with the specialization in human’s physiology.
1977- 1991 – research assistant, the research laboratory of bioenergy (BSU), lecturer at the department of human’s and animals’ physiology.
1985 - postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Biology, the department of Human’s and animals’ physiology (BSU) with a Ph.D of biology degree, defended master's thesis “Hormonal and metabolic disorders and their correction while hypoxic hypoxia”.
1991 - 2006 – senior research assistant, head of laboratory of Medical and Social problems of disabled children, National Science and Practice Centre of Medical Assessment and Rehabilitation.
2006 - 2018 – associate professor, Department of Rehabilithology, Social Work, State Institute of Management and Social Technologies, BSU.
Since 2018 - associate professor, the Department of Social Work and Rehabilitation of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of BSU.
Research Interests:
• Career guidance and labour adaptation;
• Career guidance and rehabilitation;
• Professional consulting;
• Professional diagnostics (physiological, psychophysiological, psychological methods of assessment of professional suitability and its limitations);
• Vocational rehabilitation of disabled people;
• Social work’s psychological basis. Occupational psychology;
• Personal professional development and the career.
Teaches the following disciplines:
• “Psychological basis of social work (Occupational psychology)”;
• “Professional orientation and work adaptation”;
• “Professional orientation and rehabilitation”;
• "Professional rehabilitation";
• “Professional career’s psychology ”;
• “Successful career’s formation (rehabilitation)”.
The author of more than 145 scientific and educational works, including 4 copyright certificates for inventions, educational methodological complexes, study guides, articles in scientific journals, abstracts of conferences.
- During several years and till present time has been being a member of the State Examination Commission and also a member of the Selection Committee of BSU in the specialty "Social work". Worked as a handler of student groups, the chief of diplomas and magister dissertations.
- The author of 142 research publications, 4 copyright certificates for inventions.
